Eupatorium serotinum Michaux — Late Thoroughwort

Habitat:

Interdune swales, fields, open forests, powerline rights-of-way, tidal marshes, disturbed areas. This species was apparently largely or strictly coastal in our area, but has spread inland rapidly along corridors of disturbance, somewhat similarly to Baccharis halimifolia.
